I'm in agreement with sherold . I view it as a fairly long hold; in my case, 5-7 years... Far too much to discuss as to why I feel that way; all I can say is, I have some remaining RSU's that are waiting for RIVN to someday hit $40-48/shr. and my optimistic side says 5 years.
