I definitely don’t want Porsche-level customization. Sure you can make it sexy but costs add up quite quickly. I kinda like the Tesla simplicity.

This is quite a “drink the koolaid” comment since no one has seen as Rivian outside a very small number of prototypes. I’m pro-rivian (with deposit) but the Tesla has my attention

That’s kind of my point - a 40k ford might be enough for a lot of us versus a 70/80/90k Rivian.

With both this and the Tesla truck coming to light in November, will be interesting to see how their pricing slots into the Rivian mix.

So midline is expected to be $79k USD? So at least $110k Canadian? I’d love Rivian to announce definitive pricing soon.

Hi All, Long time lurker but figured it was time to make an appearance. I’m in Edmonton and am still waiting on final prices/timing/charging/options before I put my money done. I’m super into rivian just not sure that 2020-1 will be best time to buy.
