You can get a Telluride today at MSRP no problem. They can't move the EV6s right now. They are willing to go $5k - $6K under to move them off the lot. While the initial request might be at $10K markup, I bet they are down to MSRP within three months of initial launch.

My Guide is pretty corporate never moving off the corporate line despite pushing her pretty hard with questions. I’ve asked numerous times if I should anticipate delays beyond my August-September delivery. She has been pretty adamant they won’t miss this delivery window. I hope she is right.

According to my Guide, the PBA is sent when they have a "match" with production. The VIN isn't issued until it has been cleared by Quality Control. After it is cleared, you will get your VIN and 8-step will trigger.
