Feel like we are in the same boat, got delivery for the 26th in an email then my guide emailed shortly thereafter yesterday saying the vehicle should be in CA any day now.........you would think they wouldn't unlock the steps until the vehicle was in the local service center.

Odd, my Step 8 unlocked yesterday with a March 26th delivery and my guide said the truck is still in transit to the service center, feel like we are getting different info.

It's a stick in the eye, paid for the truck, it's insured.....since Wednesday but no idea when we will get it.

I emailed Customer Service and my Guide.....really bad process that needs to be fixed.

Shouldn't payment be required after delivery is arranged or scheduled? Paid for the vehicle on Wednesday and don't know when delivery will occur as, like many, are stuck on Step 7. Maybe the first step should be Rivian reaches out and states your vehicle will be ready in x amount of...

For LA orders, just drove by the El Segundo Center, talked to a guy out front and he said they have 200 trucks on-site and at a satellite lot, should be a lot of deliveries soon.

Did your purchase agreement state the correct color? So everything was right but the color? Agree this might take a while.

It's a bit of a logistic issue. They should only be unlocking the purchase process to holders that have trucks in nearby service centers. If we have already paid for the truck, it should at least be at the closest service center. Otherwise we have paid for a truck that we could be waiting...

I'm waiting for Step 8 to unlock as well right now...........had the same issues with the Step 6 last night, but now just waiting. Hopefully the truck is in the Service Center and not in Normal as I already wired the funds.

Just got a call this morning from a Rivian Guide, have not previously spoken or been assigned a Guide so all new today . I'm a March/April and they mentioned delivery will be April/May likely. June 2019 order in Los Angeles area.
