shows there are 2 levels of regenerative braking: High and Standard and that brake lights automatically illuminate during...
I don't know if this is an industry-wide EV issue or more of an issue with Rivian - charging speed.
I want to be able to 'fill up' (to 85%) just as fast as my gas car fills. 10-15 minutes. Not 30 minutes.
My Rivian account still shows the March 1 pricing. BUT, I'm an R1S and H2 2023 delivery estimate.
I bet they focused on updating the current deliveries first. Smart move! :-)
Every time I read "PBA" my brain translates it to "Professional Bullriding Association"! ?
I think it's supposed to be "Preliminary Buyer's Agreement"; right?
Sorry. New to EVs and buying a pre-order car.
That's exactly what I think: I'm ok with dual motors. But not with the extra delay.
If I can get my R1S with dual motors and no delay beyond my current 2H 2023... That would be great! :)
If not, I'll stick with the quad motors and keep my current R1S 'estimated' delivery.
I was wondering the same thing. I would not be surprised if any changes to the config after they restore what we all had before, will result in the new pricing. But, who knows?
Time will tell.
They will have to make all their deliveries as scheduled and miss no commitments to win this blunder.
Another missed promise/ commitment could be the end of Rivian.
