Rivian can increase their demand and sales by offering CarPlay. Don't tell me it can't be done properly in this vehicle. My 2019 Dodge Durango has a wonderful implementation of CarPlay. I understand that Rivian wants all the data for themselves, but at some point it is negotiable.
Some folks knew about this before the release. Sucks being a nobody while the insiders trade on inside information. Someone should look at who was buy early yesterday.
I was able to text and message with my family in a time sensitive manner because of the integration. The Rivian does not allow that at this point. You

I have CP on my 2019 dodge Durango. The implementation is absolutely wonderful. It is without a doubt the SAFEST integration I have ever seen. Mind you I have not looked at them all. My wife's Acura TLX is well done but can't compete with my Durango. I don't see Rivian ever implementing anything...
I wonder why? Maybe folks have a reason. This thread includes many fixes, enhancements and shortcomings. I would like to see Rivian focus on the thing that makes them special. I would like to toss the keys to someone who has never driven one and they feel right at home because it makes sense...
