    The AC-DC hardware isn't cheap currently. You could do it for ~$15k, but it's not worthwhile for 99.99% of people.

    Rivian would have to prove the accessory caused the defect. I worked in the automotive service industry in the independent performance parts side of the industry, the franchise dealer service side and mfg side (Tesla). I'm very familiar.

    Came here to share my tweets with screenshots, but glad to see @kanundrum already did 👌 Definitely wouldn’t recommend supporting this company out of principles at this point. Product is meh, but the company is a joke.

    Also worth noting - I didn’t use the fasteners included for the truck side mounting as there didn’t appear to be any way they would actually work (too short) so I reused the factory fasteners.
