I call AGE AND DISABILITY bias. 2022 R1T I charge in my garage. It works great but the port is very dark. is not lit. It was better after cataract surgery, but still, sometimes a challenge. this is and issue of function, not cosmetic.

Mine broke. Service looked at it I expected a replacement cable. They sent an entire new tonneau. I gave the original to a machinist friend. He fixed it. I will try to get specifics.

My latch broke. Rivian replaced to entire Tonneau and did want the original returned. My grandson rebuilt to attachment and sold to unit. If you are clever it can be refastened. A short tube with set screws at each end and some Locktite. Perhaps easier said than done, but worth a shot.

Latch on my Tonneau broke. I figured Rivian would fix it or just replace that panel. They gave me a replacement under warrantee. Gave the original to my grandson. he rejoined the cable and sold it. Not sure exactly how he did it, but it wasn't hard and it was easy to sell.

I find cruise control almost all the time, and watch the efficiency meter. Too many variables, but speed and temperature have the biggest impact

I live on the mid-coast of Maine. I picked up my R1T in the dead winter and it's my primary ride. During storms I put it in snow mode and I monitor the charge level carefully. I have 21" wheels and all season tires. My biggest concern is having to stop abruptly and sliding, so I don't tailgate...
