I had the same situation...in the end you will be fine. All you need to do is say "ok. I'll take it to a USAA partner shop, please make me an appointment." Then drive down and in 30 seconds their shop will tell you (and USAA) they dont work on Rivians. Call USAA back and you will be good to go...
