Sorry that your suspension isn't holding up. I'm in southern MN, and drive 12+ miles of gravel road every day from home to work. 75+ 000 miles and passed 4 years old. Only had one front damper replaced early on. Not saying Rivians don't have problems. Just sharing my experience. Hope they got...
4 year owner with one of the first R1T's in minnesota. The wait times for service are worse than they used to be but the service staff are awesome. The last time we where there they didn't have a loner for us, but offered to drive us to a restaurant and pick us up after. They have been great...
Ugh, I feel sorry for you.
I've had my truck there 4 times, and they have always been awesome with service. But I think they are getting overwhelmed. Rivian needs too open more service centers, especially with the R2 and R3 coming.
Make it 8. Dropped off my 2022 Rivian with C+ at service center last Wednesday. My loaner R1T without C+ updated on Friday. My app still shows no update
A Better Route Planner. It's specifically for EV's. Get it and use it to verify range and charge locations along with plugshare. I've found it to be fairly reliable
Does the service center tell you that they are inspecting your subframe? My vin is 2000 ish, and I've never had them say anything about this. I have a mobile service call in August, maybe I should ask the tec about it.
I voted monthly because during the summer months I don't use it as much, but during the winter months I use it quite frequently. It's nice to have when feeding our animals as it's usually dark when I get home. It's nice to just grab it out of the door versus going to find a light from the house...
Had our front drive unit replaced at around 29,500 miles. Took three working days to get it back. Going on 35,000 miles and have no problems. Service center was great.
I've got the same situation. That's why I specifically had PPF applied to all the upper parts. Unfortunately it doesn't prevent little feet prints. The things we tolerate for our critters ?
Don't try to bust through drifts, the flat underside acts like a sled and rides up on the snow. Put it in off-road first, because once you are high centered the computer doesn't know why the suspension is extended. Took me 2 times getting stuck to figure that out. After getting pulled out had to...
