Looks like Rivian updated their Service Center map to include a Hudson, NH location coming soon. Everyone in Northern New England can rejoice in avoiding trips into Boston.

Update: During my service last week they found some loose 12v harness and/or connectors that were remedied. They also updated some firmware (unclear what exactly). My air suspension also died and needed replacement but that was unrelated according to them.
Everything seems clear now ?
That's great to hear!
Rivian asked me to come in for a repair after seeing my diagnostics. They must've seen the compressor failure when I made the ticket.
I had those exact same errors OP, but from a week ago in northern NH when it wasn't nearly as cold. They ended up replacing my air compressor because the air suspension never came back online.
The rest seemed to be software related, my sensors are back to normal or so they say. I'm picking up...
Quick update: Rivian called me back about 90 min after submitting my ticket.
Hard reset seems to have cleared the issues but they said they were concerned that it happened last night and this morning on separate occasions. The reset also sends them diagnostics so they'll check that out and get...
Well, took 4 months but I got my first real issue. Last night, several warnings flashed including:
- System Fault, service 12v battery
- Turtle mode, max speed 61mph
- AWD permanently engaged (can't change drive mode)
The warnings went away after letting the truck sleep for 30 min by locking...
Glad to hear it went well for you! I was too much of a baby to risk it in the R1T in Southern NH last night so we took the known quantity of our Chevy SUV instead.
I'm definitely excited for snow mode in the near future, though it's interesting you had such a positive experience compared to...
Took two visits to the Boston service center for them to fix mine and it's still not perfect, but it's acceptable. I think they are having trouble dialing in the alignment on the truck. The super nice service center reps implied it's not an uncommon issue when we discussed it.
Regarding interior cleaning, my 3 y/o daughter colored with a purple crayon all over my ocean coast vegan leather when I wasn't looking the other day. She also smushed a colored chapstick all over as well.
Couple of baby wipes cleaned it right up. I think the vegan leather is pretty resilient...
Since delivery, my steering wheel needed to be held 3-5 degrees to the left in order to track straight down the road. I also noticed a slight pull to the right at all times.
This past week I visited the Boston service center for an alignment to fix the issue. The pulling right is fixed, as I...
Are you on 20s too? I got my OC R1T on Saturday, 118xx vin, and I have the same steering wheel issue.
Mine isn't quite as pronounced as yours but it needs to be ever so slightly tilted to track straight and pulls right just a bit. Not sure if it bugs me enough to get fixed asap, I'm assuming...
You have great taste! And I'm getting mine on Saturday as well. Exactly 1 year from pre-order to delivery for me!
Hope your truck treats you well. I bet we have the same defects hah!
20" darks might be limited in supply, I don't think anyone really knows.
I just got guide contact this weekend (9/10) for the config in my signature, for what it's worth, so it's definitely in production.
I doubt it.
Mechanical upgrades will likely happen iteratively and on the fly, kinda how Tesla does their vehicle updates. There will always be that next bit of modern tech in the pipeline that you could wait for. For now it's in-house motors, 800v architecture, and I'm sure they are working on...
