UPDATE on this. After the last system update and the included reboot this issue went away completely. Must have been something in the matrix that needed flushed out.

The alignment is fine, it holds a good line but there is a bit of play, not too bad. The issue is that the motors attached to the steering seem to be trying to hold a line almost like its in lane keep but not fully engaged. Imagine you make a small correction and you have to turn just a little...

I got an alignment on my R1T and the ties rotated. Ever since I got my truck back it feels like I am having to fight the steering like when you are in lane keep but then steer a little bit and it lets you have control back. It just feels like I have to "fight" the steering wheel all the time...

My 12 volt died once, bricked the truck. Fortunately I was at home. The biggest gripe is the fast charging network in general has a lot of reliability issues, especially Electrify America. Thats not Rivian's fault. We really need more fast chargers in our deserts so I can actually go off-roading...

My wifes Rivian and unfortunately now mine have had to go to a auto body shop that is certified by Rivian. On a line item named Maintain High Voltage battery charge they have $150 and 3 hours of labor at a rate of $150 an hour. That equals $600 to keep the vehicle plugged in and is a flat fee...

At kids school I ran a PA system and a Starlink for 5 hours with just 3 % of the battery. I wish that the software would track the wattage usage on the inverter. Also filled up several blow up items with a air pump.

Just FYI I have not had this happen for quiet some time. Not sure if software has resolved this or something service did but did not tell me.

My only gripe is I wish the truck was a bit bigger. I am so used to a full size truck and want just a bit more room. Especially in the back seat as my kids get bigger. I am 6'4" and my son is going to be just as big as me. Otherwise I agree best car I have ever owned!

As of March 31st my R1T is now 1 year old from delivery date. Oh and I named my truck "Dash" because of this scene in the Incredibles
