If a Meridian logo panel does not fit over a Rivian speaker, then the assumption is that the Meridian speaker is smaller than the Rivian speaker. Therefore both the Meridian logo and the Rivian logo panels should fit over the Meridian speaker.

Have you tried mounting it upside down? Assuming it just slides in the receiver. Should give you a better camera view, at least of the tension on your line, and may be able to put the tailgate down.
Just curious what the tire shop used for lift points on your truck. Hard to see - is it the control arms? Because that would be an acceptable place to lift from, but all I can tell is that they aren't using the frame like the Rivian manual indicates.
Same issue. Just spoke to Rivian… they are aware of the issue and are working to fix it. They also said all physical keys including cards, wristband, and fob should still work.
