The other thing is the cold air blowing at me is not even at the lowest setting, it's at speed 3. So clearly it doesn't think that it just needs to "maintain" the temperature since it's loudly blowing, but what's coming out isn't warm

I have this issue too - I find that after some initial warmth when getting into my car in the morning (e.g. 37 degrees outside), i quickly end up with cold air blowing at me and then the only thing that works for me is to shut off the HVAC and rely on the seat and steering wheel heaters. Right...

Got a message about my delivery being delayed to Jan to Dec 2024 for a California Bay Area R1S large pack adventure ordered in Oct 2021. Pretty disappointed not to get it next year but assume this is based on my pre order date since everything else is standard stuff?
