Mine came with the hook fully out and lifting the tab does nothing to loosen it. -

They seem to be already in a locked position with the "tooth" hook already out. It seems to put pressure on them against the rail while lifting the tab but I can't get it to budge at all. Anyone else experience this or am I just clueless?
