The Alucab weighs 480 lbs without any accessories. Also the tailget gets removed, in my case the tailgate is about 45 lbs. So you're about 435 lbs dry. With all the accessories, my camper setup is about 700 lbs.
I got a late pre-order for an R1T with a max pack so I'm probably looking a couple of years out but I would love to see one in person. If you're in SLO area and have taken delivery of your truck, I would love to meet you and take a look at it.

I had a GoFast on my Tacoma. Lasted less than 6 months, not impressed. In my opinion it's a low quality camper. Yes, it sort of covers the bed and gives you a place to sleep but the overall design, materials chosen, tent fabric and lots of other little things made me look else where.
