I ran into a similar issue with discount tire (they wouldn’t install due to load rating slightly lower than OEM)
I ordered through simple tire and had them installed at Firestone without issue
Mine should have been done after 15k but I held on until 21k ?
Also got sideways in the rain

Got Conitinental terrain contact A/T 275/50R22 through simpletire (and installed at Firestone)
chose these based on nearly the same load capacity as OEM, deeper tread (12/32 vs 7/32) and 60K mileage warranty
