Thanks, this is very thoughtful. I’ve always wondered why the rendering could never show vehicles around the car (other than in front) despite having sensors for it. And would explain why they can’t get the auto lane change to work.
Agree, it’s really odd. In my prior car (a Model Y) I could see cars behind me and in the blind spot. I always assumed there was some limitation on Rivian’s end in being unable to show those renderings considering the cameras exist. The view of cars in front of you has little value.
I’ve noticed with the new update the car seems to be “waking up” a lot more than usual. I’m not sure if it’s the vehicle update or the app widget, but prior to this it would go hours in sleep unless woken (through app or physical proximity) and now it doesn’t go more than 30 minutes. Charge...

Oh, interesting. Hopefully, they open up the other cameras at some point. Definitely, more of a nice to have, but got used to seeing 360 renders in my Model Y.
