    Different component but similar story. Two days after delivery in October 2022, my R1S threw a major battery failure. Rivian had to send a flatbed to fetch the car. But . . . almost 20k miles later, it has been perfect ever since. I also contemplated a return and am glad I didn't.

    I am running the Pirelli AS Plus 3 tires on 20 inch rims (275/60/20) and getting range and efficiency essentially identical to the 21s. About 350 mile range/2.45 m/kmh average in mixed driving.
