Yeah weird. I attribute it to some kind of early stage automotive company fog of war. I remember Tesla was shipping cars with like four different wheels. It’s really hard to launch an automotive company from scratch. Pumped to have a VIN. Will look longingly at my charger after it’s installed.

I got my 8 step last Friday when I got a VIN. My car is at a SC in Brooklyn. I haven’t gotten an update on shipping yet. I DID get a tracking number for my wall charger. Funny part: I live in the suburbs of Chicago, 90 mins from the plant.

Update: - got notified of up 8-steps this morning - while I was going through the steps, my RG called me to say that "my" truck is sitting at a service center in Brooklyn. Will get on a flatbed to the Chicago SC then driven directly to me, as I'm less than 30mi from it - RG also said my charger...
