also just a tip, recommend the wall monitor app, this monitors in real time the temps of the unit and handle. You’ll be suprised how hot it gets and might be good to run as low amps as you can tolerate. I’m sure 150-180 temps over a period of years could cause problems!

Totally agree. I had my 240 volt nema outlet melt with just using the rivian portable charger. Thankfully nothing burned down. Those trying to charge up to the breaker size are running a big risk of wires inside the walls melting and fires starting. I now have the tesla wall connector it can...

Seems like this is not an emergency, not sure why you think it is, the frunk is closed you can now drive the car. Case closed, go to your appt in October and relax. If it was an emergency they would have helped you right away.

Yeah it doesn’t retract fully and so it’s close to the door. The latch does slide fully down. I agree I’m not sure putting it higher will work. If anyone finds a solution, please post!

Homebridge is run on a raspberry pi computer, no monthly cost and chamberlain is not in charge of it. You don’t need a myq hub with it.

I’ve noticed the new update seems to unlock my car from further away, it used to only unlock when i was right next to the car.

Can I ask how did you plug in to so many devices with one plug? Is it unsafe to plug that many appliances in at the same time? I’m asking because we have two fridges I’d love to plug in during crazy power outages but not sure if its safe

They are dead, zero survival chance, but the tech is good enough expect someone to just buy them out once there market cap collapses some more, I wouldn’t expect anything over 5billion

Well I have no choice but to hope they do that, but if Rivian wants to be an elite brand these things matter. To expect a 4 year old to remember to check a seatbelt when no other car I’ve owned has had this problem, is annoying to say the least and almost for sure not reasonable to expect 100%...

Sorry, this is really not great for Rivian, the retractor is just way too weak and the belt constantly gets stuck in the same spot and the vinyl is weak :(

the door thing, last I checked it didnt do that, maybe only for the drivers door? Not sure now will have to check again.
