I always close the gear doors and the tailgate just like I close a Tesla frunk. Gentle close, lock in place. Hear a double click. After all they are all electric locks, and it is not good or necessary to slam them.
Happened to me today. Single digits / low teens cold here. Same as your video. I (temporarily) fixed it by locking & unlocking on the infotainment screen a few times and got it to function correctly. Went out to family dinner, came outside after & had to do same thing. Home now went outside out...
Pretty sure there is a air pressure equilazation baffle ( or whatever they are called,) behind the rear seats & blow into the tonneau storage area. That is why the shelf above the rear seat is perforated.
