Like you and many others, I too was enamored with the R3X when I saw it. I'm so glad you did all these dimensions for me as I was interested in that. I couldn't see the tire size on any of the Rivian photos but didn't think of Youtube videos, even though I think I've watched them all now. I did...
The Profitec only uses a 15amp outlet, it has a max draw of 1400W so it works just fine. A lot of other dual boiler machines require a lot more power. You're right about it being heavy though, it was a PITA to move, but worth it!
It is a lot, but I'll do it again, it was so awesome. I always miss my espresso machine when we go away for the weekend. I don't get to use it much during the week because I don't work from home like my wife, so the weekends are my time!
I've had a Handpresso for years that doesn't require any power and lets me make an espresso anywhere, it easily packs in my backpack, so I've been roughing it for a long time. Having a power outlet in the Rivian has just dialed it up to 11 though.
