Yep, understand the reality of how long this "could" take but I'm just hoping Rivian will want to count as many deliveries as possible in their Q3 numbers and have ways to speed up the process when needed. Guess we will see.
Bank notified me this morning that the Rivian payment was processed, and I got verification from my Guide that my truck is at the factory undergoing quality inspection. Once it gets to the Dallas Service Center, it will go through a second round of quality inspections and then I will be...
I was beginning to think they had stopped making deliveries in the DFW area since I haven't seen any vehicles in the R1 Shop for Dallas the past 4 weeks or so but today I got my 8 Step invite email and got a VIN # assigned during the completion process. I finished all steps except for #8...
According to my guide, no delays for DFW deliveries that she is aware of and they are now utilizing Railway and Auto haulers so hopefully even more cars soon. Guess we will see. It doesn't really explain why there have been no configs in the R1 Shop for DFW the past 2 weeks.
Same here. I suspect Dallas area deliveries are being delayed for some reason which is why we have had 0 configurations in the shop for the past two weeks while other locations are seeing multiple vehicles being offered. I just sent a note to my guide to ask about this and will let you know what...
After having only one configuration available in the Dallas area shop for over a week, we now have no configurations available as of yesterday. Just FYI.
From earlier posts, the R1 Shop is definitely different by delivery location (not the same view for everyone). I know Atlanta and Cali are seeing lots of configurations, DFW not so much. I don't know if that is because the VINs are already at the local delivery centers or just service capacity...
I got info back from my guide and she said the underbody shield was not causing delays issues. I haven't seen many configs in the R1 Shop with underbody shield but maybe they are directing all of those to reservation holders. Anyway, good to know that this add on doesn't seem to be a delay issue...
I just got contacted from a Rivian Guide this morning (Yippie). The only bad thing is she was asking if I wanted to lock my configuration on the Max Pack battery which I changed to the Large Pack in my configuration back in March (due to Max Pack delay). So, is the configuration system not...
I agree. The last blow out I had was on my Ram 1500 in DFW area close to the airport. It was on 121 instead of 114 but same issue with debris on the road.
I'm in the Dallas area and I have been running a screen with 30 second auto-refresh all day into the R1 Shop. I wasn't staring at it as I had other things to do so I may have missed something, but I haven't seen a single vehicle listed. :(
