It was and I'm glad I didn't find out trying to get to the spare. CS said they could send out a tech to lock it in the open position. Maybe I'm getting some bad info from CS.

I also rec'd a VIN two days ago and have completed 5 of the 8 steps. Do you have a delivery date yet? Did you (or have you) completed step 7 (payment) before receiving a delivery date? Also, how did you and your ins carrier handle the proof of insurance showing the truck as insured before delivery?
