Noticed mine was unlatched yesterday but only open as far as it does when you press the button to unlatch. No warning was received.

Mine seems to freeze when I press the garage door button to close the door as I am clear of it when backing out.

This is exactly what mine does and this makes perfect sense. Ambient temperatures in the 20's - 30's outside and when I begin to drive all 4 motors reach the red area and then immediately begin to cool down very rapidly.
