I have used Rocky Mountain Backstage SwingAWay hitch rack for 2 years. Works great. Holds 2 E bikes or other bikes.

If helpful I have been using a Rocky Mount swing away on my R1T for 2 years. You will need to buy an extension but very happy with quality price , and value.

Tech thinking TCM as not able to connect thru hotspots. Will be in touch with tech on Mon.

A tech called me AM Weds. We connected pm. We set my phone on hotspot to see if networks showed up . Did not. Texted me later to set up a "game plan" to drive Rivian to an AT&T LTE tower to see if they can get "logs" from truck. If no connection, module may need to be replaced. I have not heard...

CS in Portland. I am in Bend, OR. Appt. set with mobile CS. CS did mention AT&T and other providers. I have Verizon.

Same issue. No connectivity. Done a hard reset and sleep mode twice with CS Friday and Sunday. SOS, Nav., Spotify, setting charging schedule, cell service, proximity lock all down. Earliest appt. I could get is May 21st...first issue I have had on vehicle, 12K in. Looking forward to reading the fix.

I have owned my R1T for over a year , 8K miles. The truck has been flawless. One issue with gear tunnel door but CS was great and repaired immediately. Wonderful that a start up can launch such a great product right out of the gate.
