We have and R1T that was very early build. It needed 3 visits. My mother in law just took delivery of hers a couple months ago, it’s needed nothing. I think they have a lot of the kinks worked out at this point, in our experience.

I tell people all the time that driving an EV long distance is about the journey and not being in a hurry. If you are in a hurry take ICE vehicle. Every time I’m rushed the trip doesn’t go well. I’ve towed long distance with my R1T, wasn’t in a hurry and I enjoyed the journey.

For DC fast charging issue. I went to a fast charger that wasn’t in the Nav system and it kept saying unplug and try again. Support told me to tell the Nav I was going to a nearby fast charger so it would kick the system into preconditioning the battery for fast charging. Waited 15 minutes. Then...

Just hung up with service and they agreed it was odd and will push it. I don’t worry about issues, Rivian has always been reasonable with me and Miami SC is great.

My R1T hasn’t received the update 2023.22 yet, much less this one. Annoying since I used to get the updates right after they came out. Anyone else have this issue?

Both our S and T have had this issue. We lower amperage on charging to resolve it until we get vehicle in for service.

You are in luck! The Miami SC is incredibly good. I have an R1T with 21,000 miles and an R1S with 2500 miles. Dylan and his team at Miami are very communicative and have been spot on when repairing my trucks.

Same. Once I am stable on the Highway at speed 75+mph, then I switch to conserve mode and engage the Driver+. When I am nearing my exit I go back to All Purpose before exiting.

Our R1S has been great. 1 minor issue that was corrected early on and it’s been flawless ever since.

Are you running it on recirculation or is it pulling in air from the outside? You have that part of the display cut off in the video. Our R1T occasionally gets loud in South Florida but as quick as the cabin cools down and the recirculation button is pushed it knocks off 87.43% of the time.

Lmao I’m literally dealing with this now. R1S took a nail through the sidewall. Using R1T kit on the R1S. Bought tire from Rivian Heading to discount tire for them to install it on wheel. R1S is at home sitting on a mismatched R1T spare lol.
