Just move the jack. Of the 3 trailers I own and the numerous I've borrowed or rented, I've never had an issue lowering tailgate. I guess I just got lucky.

In your OP you left out the key fact that this was with your tailgate down. The regulations are for how the vehicle is intended to be driven; not with doors open, tailgates down, things blocking your view, etc.

Not possible. Regulations say you need to show the space behind the bumper.

I'm another vote for that is way too close for comfort and not worth it. Either park outside, or look for another rig.

It boggles my mind the number of people that assume just because they don't use the frunk it means that no one uses the frunk. I am another person that uses the frunk daily. But I also am not butt hurt about the lack of a powered hood in the R2. The price cuts had to come somewhere.

Switch your plan for use case. 21" should be the off-road rim and 22" should be the high-way rim. You'll want the taller side wall for anytime you have to air down.
