Interesting about the lube. Different techs saying different things. I had used it before, but specifically dry-lube and no issues, at least not yet :)

Hi, have similar experience with mine. Had it recalibrated at the SC today and it's great now, no more gaps. Was advised to dry lube the tracks.

Thanks for this. I've managed to get an appointment and have the retrofit done! Jounce lines were replaced earlier this year. They did not replace dampers. Good drive before, but even better drive now. No more small noises here/there, tighter drive/control.

Yeah I'm baffled too. And yes the jounce really made a difference. I don't have the clunking noise, maybe some but not noticeable unless I'm looking for it. I tried to get them to update the shaft and dampers but they ignored it since the technician didn't hear any clunking noise.

Thank you to everyone here for all of the information. I had my truck since July 2022 and many countless attempts of getting them to help resolve ... with many responses of it's normal, can't hear it etc. and finally today it's replaced/resolved. They didn't replace the shaft or the dampers...

I had the same issue happened to me a few months ago. Had to do hard reset to solve for it. Reported to SC and they said to take note of day and time, down to the min and sec if possible as they can view the logs.

Thanks for the tip @mudito! That's what the CS said. Issue was, I got that when I was in office garage. Luckily I managed to drive without issues. CS got me the appointment first thing next morning. Apparently it costs a lot to change the battery (like $900 or so) ... but since this was within 3...
