My daughter lost her retainer when it slid into the seatbelt buckle area of the 3rd row of our R1S. There is a gap there that seems to lead somewhere not accessible via the seats or the trunk under those flaps. Anyone have any ideas on how to get in there?

My interpretation of this was that to maximize life, you generally leave it in the mode where it charges to 70% max unless you are on a trip.
