I got the Trail Terrains in 275/60/20 and am happy with the first 100 miles. I had the Goodyear Wrangler Territory’s and they lasted 31k miles. Handling, efficiency and noise seem comparable in this first 100 miles. Total price installed at Costco was $1174 which seems fair

My local Costco found them in their system and said they called Michelin directly, but told me they are on a factory back order and they couldn’t place an order for them until the factory started production again in “6-8 weeks”. This was last week.

This board clearly gets used in other applications since there is a lot of unused i/o and that terminal is some kind of low voltage DC output. Probably to power a display board for example (the waypoint chargers have displays).

My truck was first reported to have departed the factory in Normal on 7/11. I got the call that it was ready for delivery from the SC on 8/10.

I got the call from the service center today that my truck is there and I scheduled the delivery for next Friday since I’m out of town the for the next few days. It would seem the guides either aren’t that connected to the transportation process or don’t bother to dig into it when people ask.

The last time my guide had any detailed info was July 19 when he said it was in Kansas (bound for Costa Mesa SC). Since then he has had no details only that he “expects an update soon”.

It’s been 22 days since my guide said the truck left Normal for SoCal. Today he just said it’s still in transit. Didn’t know the location but he “hoped for updates this week”

My account changed in the same way on step 8. SoCal delivery.

I asked today and he said he didn’t have any updates since the Kansas status on Tuesday.

I think that’s the case. I have a 93xx vin and my guide hasn’t said it was on a train, but I asked him this morning where the truck was and he said it was in Kansas.

Charging fast sounds cool but in my experience driving a full EV for the last 6 years, I’ve never needed to charge at more than 32 amps. I like to look at the situation a little more practically. There isn’t a night where my current EV doesn’t sit still in my driveway for less than 10 hours...
