I care. I have a situation where the truck is not drivable, and my appointment is 2.5 months out. Rivian is trying to find a way to move the appointment up, and they will hopefully succeed. But this is a problem.
Mine did the same thing and I lived with it for 7500 miles. As long as your truck isn't pulling to the side, I would just ignore it. Once you get new tires or need an alignment, you can have them fix it.
I wanted to post a quick update. Rivian fixed my roof and I just got the truck back. They fully covered the cost under warranty, and I didn't even have to ask for it. They said there was no evidence for any impact point, and they don't know how/why it cracked.
I did and I made it all the way. I even drove on the sand for the 10 mile portion that is drivable.
I left Redmond, WA with 100% charge and made it all the way to Stephanie Inn (and charged there overnight).
Mine has the same problem. The truck tracks straight and the steering wheel is off the same direction as yours, but mine is only off by maybe 10-15 degrees (not a full hour = 30 degrees). It's not a big enough reason for me to make a service appointment. I'm going to wait until I have a bigger...
