I have the same issue. I put it in Sport mode and then am able to drive in. my Rivian is in the shop replacing the broken shark fin antenna. Argh. Attn Rivian, a better solution is a macro that would lower to with sport mode or lowest, when you open that garage door. I must do 2 things...
