Thanks all. I first reported my fast charging issues on July 3rd. Apparently I needed to advocate for my truck to be taken in and looked at. I have an appointment for august 22nd.

I’ve watched other cars pull in and successfully use the same chargers that didn’t work for me (Ioniq, Bolt, etc).
