I think you are right on both counts. Waiting two years for a car and taking ownership with no test drive or years of user feedback is a little crazy and probably makes you more forgiving than your typical Toyota or Ford owner. We feel vested in the success of the company and understand that we...
Sorry that happened. We have had multiple issues with our frunk not closing properly and reopening. We have closed it by hand multiple times. I have not noticed any dings.
Happens to me frequently. Also the car defaults to my husband's profile even though I am listed as owner. Is there a way to change the default settings?
Can you explain exactly what you use and how you lubricate the slats? I really like having the power cover. You are right about the debris, even a little snow will stop it.
I have noticed the same thing. I have more of an issue with the fact that although I have doors set to only unlock driver door, when I use the app it unlocks all doors. Mentioned to service team and they confirmed that is what happens but could not explain why. Anyone else experience this?
I completely agree. Most days I love driving my Rivian and enjoy playing with all the fun features. I consider us first generation owners like beta testers. Our experiences and input will only make this car better.
Just asked service tech what they did to eliminate the creaking noise during acceleration and deceleration. Was told that they Removed the axle wheel hub and relubricated it. Stated that not enough lubricant used at factory. Also told that the Axle bolts were replaced. States that noise is...
Just dropped my RT1 at the Chicago service center. Tech heard the noise as I came to stop in garage. Car expected back tomorrow. Interested to see what response is.
