I agree with this. Tinting the windshield has cooled off my windows more than anything else. I purchased a roof screen which did not help with cabin heat. After tinting windshield I was able to take off the roof screen with no observable increase in heat.
I think the 10% number was how many they were going to convert to the magic dock. Since most companies are shifting to NACS, my guess is that plan will change.
Ok. Must have been heavier stuff. When I have things in the seat, don't remember any issues with the car thinking a person is there, but I don't usually put anything there except groceries. Thanks for sharing.

Replace Plastic along the lower doors with higher quality material
Increase the length of the bed
Increase the height of the bed
I would just call Safelite or ask your co-workers. Someone is bound to have used a repair company they will want to refer. The awesome thing is most repair companies will come to you.
The other thing not being factored in here is that a tax is applied if you use a DC fast charger and if you charge at home there are taxes collected for energy use. These are not equivalent to the gas tax, but should definitely be factored in when deciding to add an EV tax.
I don't disagree on rattles, but OP could make an argument that drooping headliner and loud A/C does substantially impair market value. Most people pay more attention to cosmetic items when determining how much they would like to pay.
Texas’ lemon law doesn’t require going to court. Item #6 says anything that substantially impacts the value of the vehicle. You could argue this impacts the vehicles value.
Texas looks like it has a pretty decent lemon law. The bar looks low to qualify. Here is the link to their site.
