I drove R2 with UHF at 70 mph for 200 miles and no instability at all. I do get the steering wheel shake (someone called it Chihuahua mode lol) but it does not impact the car stability at all. Perhaps cwq93r is correct and you have regular cruise control enabled but not UHF?
