That's right. However, I cannot physically see my truck. So, it is impossible to identify what happen. I think it may be damaged by someone when it was loading to the delivery train. If it only needs bodywork, that's fine for me. Even nobody will feel happy about that.
Something happens and Rivian is not that transparent to share all the information with us.... I only hope my truck has no big issue. I don't want to find a bunch of issues when it is delivered to me. If they cannot fix the issue, I prefer to let them switch a new truck for me.
