  5. Does ride height make mileage / range difference?

    Wind is the most important factors in efficiency in my opinion. I'm in north Texas and it is 15 to 20 Mph wind most of the time. I always put it on auto mode since it is lowering it on highway. Conserve low when I'm travel for trips.

    I saw this last year. I don't think it is too difficult to replace, It just have a few more screws and bolts.

  11. Scorpion AS + Tires questions for owners who switched

    our local discount tires will not install 115 load index to the rivian. There are a few all season tires 275/60/20 out there with load index of 116. Michelin Defender LTX m/2 and general grabber HTS60 to name a few. (currently in my rivian)

    I'm been using Teslafi as well. Great program. I do noticed that Teslafi calculation of efficiency is consistently higher than the one in Rivian.

    I think you have that in reverse. 275/60/20 with will match the 21" and 22" https://tiresize.com/calculator/

    Same here, I definitely don't think the total weight matters that much on the efficiency. My current setup is almost 20 lbs lighter on each wheel compared to the OEM 21". I do like the general grabbers HTS60. The drives and feels are very much like the OEM 21" pirelli and cost less than half.

    Rivian did alignment twice on my vehicle due to slight right pull. Definitely not the case in my car. Discount tires showed all 4 of my tires are at 3 to 4/32 at the 2nd rotation with 16k miles. Recommended replacement. I decided to switch to 20" instead .

    I guess not all OEM tires are made the same. My driving style is exactly like yours. (95% all purpose mode and light on the pedal.). I can't believed it only lasted 16k miles.
