I think home deliveries should be done with a flat bed to avoid this kind of risk. Especially in urban areas with lots of traffic and bad weather. There is just too much risk to have employee's driving future customer cars around on deliveries.

Correct. Did the 8 steps the first time, they brought the truck to my house. Couldn't complete because of issue with the trade in, so they had to take it back to service center (that is when they crashed it). 3 weeks later, I have a new VIN and complete the 8 steps again and get a new delivery...
