You will need to look up the load rating chart for the tire you want to use. I’m currently on Toyo open country III EV LT in 275/60r20 and the load rating puts me at 62 psi to match the 48 psi of the 21” oem tires. What tires are you looking at?
I’m mostly curious if they’re going to send out the replacements before confirming you have disabled the old adapter. There was really only one mention of sending in a picture of the disabled adapter with your name in the last 5 seconds of the video so very easy for people to miss.
I've had my rivian for almost a year now and hit a 4.01 miles/kwh for the first time this morning and it got me thinking that rivian could have achievements kind of like video games. Things like 100 foot elevation, 10k foot elevation, efficiency, etc. What do you think would be some cool...
Just got mine back from service after having tsb performed. Took a while due to waiting on other parts but I’d say there is almost no more vibration and noise is just the normal expected fan noise coming from vents at this point. Highly recommend having done if your rivian is already going in...
Definitely shouldn’t be that loud. I’m a stickler about suspension noise after I had a lower control arm shear in half in another car I used to have (was luckily in a parking lot) which is why my rivian is currently at a sc. It had similar noises as yours but not as pronounced. They ended up...
they said they’ll do the tsb, just might be a little bit before they can get parts in. They are working on some clunks with suspension and potentially subframe so they expect that will take a while to do while waiting for parts anyways.
Best timing ever. Mine is going in tomorrow to sc for a couple other things but I have complained of ac vibration in the past so will bring it up again and ask for this TSB to be performed.
I have some spare 21” wheels so letting them go for $100 each. All of them have the pressure sensors as well as valve stems and two of them include oem center caps. The third one doesn’t include a center cap to that one is being listed at $80. Prefer local pickup and can meet within OKC metro.
I just spent a week in Hawaii and was interested in seeing how much drain I had as well. Rivian was parked in garage with gear guard turned off, proximity open turned off since it was at home, and connected to home WiFi. Ended up losing 3% over the course of 7 days (Saturday to Saturday) and...
I still haven’t even seen a ran charger so I don’t think I’m missing out really. There are literally none in my state. Only 2 superchargers we can use in the state as well. One of the reasons I got a max pack.
I've heard this a lot about tinting the roof but haven't seen much direct evidence about it. I have my windshield tinted which would typically see more blunt for trauma as well as similar radiation from the sun yet no one seems to talk about windshields getting tinted.
