    Same thing happened to me. Booked a drive at SC in Menomonee Falls Wi. I signed out and the went back in thru the Rivian web site, signed in and was able to access my confirmation. Fingers crossed.

    For me it's the boxy Rivian look going after the Porche Macan buyer. Nice wide wheel base with beefy wheels and tires. RJ seemed to be indicating a speedster.

    ……..well, second charge since latest update. First charge and door behaved just fine. This time though, lucky to have thumbs to type this update. Closed stupid fast. Pays to follow the forum!

    R1S owner here. Updated yesterday well within the 80 minutes, then plugged in for a scheduled charge at midnight. This morning disconnected as usual with no issue with charge port door. Is my vehicle unique?

    1,250 mile family trip from South Florida to NYC in R1T. Would absolutely do it again!

    Still waiting for 3rd party towing to arrive. CS (Richard out of Plymouth Mi.) has been very responsive. I'm guessing I will be without the old S for quite a few days(weeks) as I believe they are very busy in Chicago at the service center. Hoping the issue doesn't escalate to requiring more than...
