To be honest I love mine, I’m expecting to get my R2 delivered by end of year. So I would like to transition more to a setup I could transition between vehicles.
Other than that, out of my handful of camping set ups I’ve had for the R1T, this was by far the best .

In about 4 locations it uses about the same size as the rock sliders I use, so if those have been holding up then I'd say yeah. But you're right the areas with smaller hardware probably might have issues later on. But I am not worried about it , like I was with the OEM bumper
It depends. If you go look at their install, it basically just uses the rear bash bar for installation. So as long as that bar is relatively ok, I would assume it's fine. But that's probably not entirely likely
That is a great question. I did not weigh it, but looking at the shipping bill it says 156lbs total. It was shipped on a pallet and had a lot of packaging. My guess is probably 100-110 based off that.
