Someone on Reddit posted window sticker photos of the Ram REV from the Chicago Auto Show that had a listed MSRP of $112K for the Laramie trim (so not the top spec Tungsten). Obviously, don't believe everything you see on the internet, but if this price is accurate the RAM REV is toast.
And if...
Still love this color too.
And my first thought upon reading the original post was, "Wow, two Dunes in the same parking lot in Italy. What are the odds?" Obviously, I quickly realized the mistake. Haha.
Where do you live? Utah? A very real issue with GM is their service centers often only have one qualified EV tech. This means, depending on your area, you may have to drop your vehicle off and wait weeks for dozens vehicles to get repaired in front of you.

I don’t have an X account, so I can’t confirm, but someone posted this image on Reddit. If this is an official Rivian post, then it ends the debate on whether Rivian Green is actually a new color, or simply a renamed color.
I also like Compass Yellow quite a bit more than Borealis, but I don’t mind the idea of limited colors. It makes the vehicles produced in those colors even more unique.
Come on, let’s give Rivian some credit. How many other auto manufacturers are releasing purple vehicles these days?

I'm also curious if we're going to see this color on R1 models again soon?
I agree that the additional weight of the engine and gasoline likely plays a factor in the reduced payload.
However, I’m not as convinced of the “easy fix” that you mentioned.
Of all the things that give me confidence in Rivian's future success, it's their continued dedication to the improvement of their software. No other auto manufacturer has made this much progress so quickly -- not even Tesla.
I think this is a shame. It's a step backward for Ford, and the entire EV movement.
We'll see how well this EREV can actually tow. I find it interesting that the Scout EREV version has less towing capacity than the BEV.
