Its so dumb that you can order the part that is missing, that entire panel has to come off anyways and its literally just clipping in the harness. And Rivian won't just do it. Can't even buy the cover myself and have a 3rd party install it because it needs the software component.

I too have been told multiple times that mine isn't compatible I'm 15xxx. SC confirmed I'm missing the harness and they're unable to source one. This is so incredibly frustrating to be stopped by a piece of wire. I'm a bit pissed because I've been holding onto this truck being told by Rivian...

Got a call back saying my T isn't compatible because of the wiring harness, which feels like a kick in the balls. So there's a small gap between when they announced PTC going way in Oct 22 and a bit later where I guess they decided an entirely new wiring harness was the smart thing to do and...
