Not a module swap for me. Somehow support was able to fix the issue without any action on my end. I did request/suggest a remote diagnostic when I opened the service ticket, so I suspect my issue was escalated to someone on the engineering team? Dunno.

No clue. They just said their engineer was able to “fix this on the back end” and they’re looking into what caused it.
FWIW - This is a Gen1 R1S quad motor. The 12V battery was replaced about a month ago under warranty.
Service just reached out and they changed something on the back end to fix the issue for me. The vehicle is now sleeping as expected. I hope they can fix everyone else affected just as easily!
