$60 - Set of four EV Sportline jack pad pucks with case. Three of the four are magnetic, the other was purchased before they even offered the magnetic ones. Only used a couple of times before our Discount Tire...
Before I dropped my R1T off last week I was able to confirm that this sound was coming from both the driver and passenger sides on my truck. Not just the driver's side as has been commonly reported.
Fortunately, the OKC service center determined there was excessive play in both front halfshafts...
That is extremely frustrating and the exact scenario that will push me away, along with my R2 reservation and those of some others I've introduced to the brand. I will not speak highly of a company that won't take care of their customers. This truck is capable of being awesome (and it was...
Seriously laughed out loud at fixing the passenger side, thanks for that! I'm frustrated with you and will probably have the same unfortunate experience with service here again in a few weeks. Fought Tesla for years on the Model X acceleration shudder too until they finally came up with a solution.
My jounce lines were replaced late last month, approximately 700 miles on them now. There is definitely a solid improvement but in my case has not completely eliminated the squeak. I consider the noise that remains very minor now though compared to the obnoxious tock. I now have my 5th attempt...
Just to update for the record, my truck's control arms needed to be replaced which was definitely the cause for poor control and possibly the excessive front tire wear as well but only time will tell. Alignment was, of course, included with the control arm replacement. I went ahead and replaced...
I'm in OK, had mine replaced at the Olathe service center for ~$1800 a while back before the OKC service center was open. Odd that the OKC service center doesn't do them.
Wanted to add an alternative point of reference after my experience today.
I now have 7,000 miles on my 275/60R20 M/S2 tires.
Fronts are at 7-8 32nds and rears at 11. No conserve usage, 95% all purpose standard height. 2.0 mi/kWh lifetime over 20k.
Not very impressed with the wear and the...
Bump - still available!
Box has been cut down to 30x25x9 @ 13lbs to save on shipping if anyone is interested. Buy your own Fedex or UPS label and send it to me. Ships from 74012.
Very lightly used, switched to different liners and have no need for them. Would love to give them to another owner rather than pitch them. Free for local pickup in the Tulsa, OK area or will ship UPS/Fedex with your provided label.
Please don't get triggered on assumptions. There is no misinformation there. Indeed, OEM tires do not have a warranty, I never said they did. My point was that at least my new tires do if poor wear continues. You can buy another set of the Pirellis and they'll have a warranty too. For me...
I replaced mine today with Michelins at just shy of 13k miles with 5 tire rotations. They were so loud it was driving me crazy. I feel like some of us got an exceptionally poor wearing batch of tires. I just cannot fathom my driving style being so much more aggressive that I'm getting less than...
I just replaced my 20" Pirellis at 12k miles with these. With 5 tire rotation all were at 3-5/32nds and they had gotten loud, it was driving me crazy. Finally my truck is quiet again and I can hear the motors instead of the tires.
I weighed these at 77lbs (wheel & tire). Another member weighed...
I was seriously interested in this Defender Platinum tire until Michelin posted the specs to their site a few days ago. 60lbs in 275/65/20 vs 40lbs for the Defender LTX M/S 2 in 275/60/20. That's a huge difference.
Just finished my first charge on 2023.26.0 and instead of stopping the charge completely it did taper my charge rate down to 6kW from 9kW pretty quickly (40 amp mobile charger). While certainly an improvement, myself and others had no issues charging last summer so this is still a big downgrade...
I tried a few different variations with the fob, proximity locking, truck locked / unlocked, etc. but no luck. Seemed reasonable at the time since the truck immediately wakes and starts charging again when you approach with PaaK.
