    If each motor has 350hp ( from RWD spec), that's a lot power locked.

    The 206 HP difference is quite large, may not simply due to software lock. The R1S performance and regular is only 135 hp apart.

    For most of people, $60k is lots of money. For ppl work in California tech, it's not even a small bite of stock compensation. R2 will sale very well.

    If Rivian really succeeds in brining the R2 manufacture cost down, it will price the LE around $57500 to fan the excitement. Otherwise, it indicates that Rivian is still struggling in it.

    Most likely, the base $45k R2 can only do 260miles, LE R2 probably at 305 miles. We will see soon. Looks like most of us won't be disappointed to see LE R2 in between $55500 and $57,500. It seems fair. I think Rivian will hit this target.
