Definitely put a ticket for it. I had an issue with mine with a limited range. They replaced the unit, I think. Also, with the noises, I've gone into the SC to resolve it. I just left the SC for this reason.

We got confirm configuration and guide on 12/1. Steps opened the same day. 12/6 guide said it was being prepped for transportation via rail. 12/13 reached out to guide and he said it was still on its way to Houston.
